Welcome to jp99a. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and jp99a ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), which operates the online gaming platform accessible at https://jp99a.cam and any associated mobile or web applications.

jp99a provides online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and related entertainment services primarily to players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. The Platform is operated under international licensing, and all services are provided in English as the primary language of operation.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the jp99a website (https://jp99a.cam), all sub-pages, APIs, mobile interfaces, and associated services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account wallet, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback credits, or reload bonuses credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer game, slot, crash game, fishing game, or sports betting market offered on the Platform.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, bonus credit, or fund transfer processed on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and address documentation checks.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering policies and procedures applicable to the Platform.
• "Prohibited User" means any person who is legally ineligible to use the Platform, including persons under 21 years of age and residents of restricted jurisdictions.

To register and maintain an Account on jp99a, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jp99a strictly enforces a 21+ minimum age requirement for all gambling activities on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or unlicensed access to such services constitutes a criminal offence under applicable local law.
• You must not already hold an existing Account on jp99a. Only one Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address is permitted.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for a third party in creating or using the Account.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, consultant, or affiliate of jp99a or any of its related entities, unless prior written approval has been obtained.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

jp99a reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time frame specified by jp99a may result in Account suspension, withholding of withdrawals, or permanent closure.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You further agree to keep this information updated at all times.

4.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. jp99a will never ask you to disclose your password. You agree to immediately notify jp99a's customer support team at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

All activity conducted through your Account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. jp99a shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one Account. jp99a employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jp99a reserves the right to close all secondary accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Intentional creation of duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses constitutes fraud and may result in permanent banning from the Platform.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jp99a is required to conduct identity verification before processing withdrawals or at any point deemed necessary. Required documents may include a valid government-issued photo identification (such as MyKad, passport, or driver's licence), proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement no older than three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Verification is typically completed within 24–72 business hours of document submission.

jp99a supports a range of Malaysian payment methods. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the Player opts to use a cryptocurrency method, in which case conversion rates at the time of the transaction apply.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed prior to the first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible, in compliance with AML requirements.
• Any active Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money Balance may be withdrawn.
• jp99a reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal at its discretion.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on the method selected and whether additional verification is required.
• jp99a reserves the right to void winnings and refuse withdrawal of funds obtained through fraudulent activity, exploitation of technical errors, or breach of these Terms.

jp99a offers various promotional incentives to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, VIP tier rewards, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer and these general conditions below.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and, where specified, made a qualifying deposit.
• Each bonus promotion is limited to one claim per Player, household, IP address, and payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the individual promotion terms before any withdrawal is permitted.
• jp99a reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time with reasonable notice where operationally required.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and these general conditions, the individual promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

jp99a actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus requirements without genuine gameplay intent; collaborating with other Players to meet wagering requirements artificially. Where bonus abuse is identified, jp99a reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and winnings and to close the offending Account without notice.

All games available on jp99a are provided by third-party game studios operating under their own licensing and RNG certification. jp99a makes no warranty regarding continuous availability of any specific game. Game rules, paytables, and RTP percentages are displayed within each game's interface or its associated information panel.

7.1 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error affecting the outcome of a game round or wager, jp99a's systems will attempt to resolve the round based on server-side data. Where a round cannot be fairly resolved, it will be voided and the wager amount returned to the Player's Balance. jp99a's determination in all technical malfunction cases is final.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules governing each sport and event type. jp99a reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle any bet differently from the initial display in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest pricing errors, event cancellation, late score revisions, or suspected match manipulation. Live in-play betting results are final once the event has concluded and settled by jp99a's trading team.

7.3 Responsible Play

Players are solely responsible for the wagers they place. jp99a provides responsible gambling tools — including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion — to assist Players in managing their gaming activity. See Section 12 for further detail.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jp99a Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are a Prohibited User as defined in Section 2.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any communication with jp99a.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of known or unknown bugs are void.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation from jp99a.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Conducting charge-back fraud on deposits made to jp99a, including disputing legitimate transactions with payment providers.
• Accessing jp99a from a jurisdiction where such access is expressly prohibited by applicable law, and where jp99a has notified Players of that restriction.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward jp99a staff or other Players via any communication channel.

All content on the jp99a Platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, logos, graphics, text, game assets, data compilations, and interfaces — is owned by or licensed to jp99a and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of jp99a.

The jp99a name, logo, and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of jp99a. Unauthorised use of any jp99a trademark in any medium is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jp99a, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including gambling losses, loss of data, or business interruption.

jp99a's aggregate liability to you for any cause of action arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jp99a makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. jp99a expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

jp99a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required time frame.
• Identification of the Account holder as a Prohibited User (under 21, restricted jurisdiction, etc.).
• Player-initiated voluntary self-exclusion request.
• Regulatory requirement or court order mandating suspension or closure.

Upon Account closure for breach or fraud, jp99a reserves the right to forfeit any Balance in the Account. Where Account closure is initiated by the Player or by jp99a for non-breach reasons, any verified real-money Balance (excluding unmet Bonus Funds) shall be returned to the Player via the original payment method within a reasonable time frame, subject to completion of KYC where not previously completed.

11.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Players wishing to close their Account may do so at any time by contacting jp99a customer support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests (see Section 12) are processed immediately. Standard account closures are processed within three to five business days. Players may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours before final closure is actioned.

jp99a is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended solely as a form of entertainment and should never be pursued as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. jp99a strictly prohibits access to the Platform by persons under 21 years of age.

12.1 Player Protection Tools

The following self-management tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases require a seven-day cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automated alerts after 30, 60, or 90 minutes of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Enable on-screen prompts showing total time played and net wagering position during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request voluntary exclusion for periods of one week, one month, six months, one year, or permanently. During any exclusion period, the Account is locked and all promotional communications are suspended. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

jp99a collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at jp99a.cam/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jp99a implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption, to protect your personal and financial data during transmission and at rest. Notwithstanding these measures, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as completely secure, and jp99a cannot warrant the absolute security of information you transmit.

jp99a does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which jp99a's operating licence is issued. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with jp99a customer support shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

jp99a operates an internal dispute resolution process. Players wishing to raise a formal dispute must first submit a written complaint to [email protected]. jp99a will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within ten business days. Where a Player remains dissatisfied with jp99a's determination, they may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanism provided by jp99a's licensing authority.

Malaysian Players should note that Malaysian courts may not have jurisdiction over jp99a as an internationally licensed operator. This does not affect a Player's right to seek advice from a legal professional in Malaysia.

jp99a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jp99a will provide reasonable advance notice via a platform notification, email to the registered address on file, or prominent display on the jp99a website. For non-material changes, the updated Terms will take effect upon publication.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 11.
